IKONI Collective is a digital village. We provide on-demand advising when Black women need it most - at the times that work best for them.

Our mission is to address and alleviate the profound challenges that Black women face in their careers, mental health, and family life. By providing access to trusted advisors on-demand, comforting messages in their inbox, in-person workshops, monthly webinars and the unwavering support of the IKONI community, we ensure that Black women receive the understanding and assistance they deserve from those who truly get them.
